broken bolt on door glass bracket

Are these bolts replaceable, or do I need a whole new bracket?   My boy wanted to clean up the bracket and busted the bolt.   If I cannot easily replace this, I could try to drill out the center, and weld in a new bolt.

They are welded.. Three spot welds...  You could probably drill & tap it...

Finding the part should be easy, but it's also an easy fix. Drill and tap, thread some 1/4-20 rod and secure with a little tack weld
