Bucket Seat Tracks for a '70

Is there a difference between right and left or are both sets of tracks the same?

Yes, they are Drivers / Passenger side specific as they each have a release lever on the outside of the seat.

What is the orientation of the lever?  Towards the front or rear of the track.  I was able to get one recently but not sure which side it is.

Keep in mind...the heavy spring should pull the seat forward. With that in mind, it's easy to figure out which side you have

The one I picked up is a driver's side.  It's missing the heavy spring and the small spring that retains the adjuster handle.  Are these available?

I'm assuming the tracks are unique to 70 only?

70 & 71 are the same.  72-74 are different.
