Are the sun visors the same between a 70 and a 74?

Nope...70-71 use the same, 73-74 are different, I believe 72 was the change over year

I believe, but I could be wrong, that 1972 was the change over year where they changed the mounting of the sun visors. In 70-71 they had plastic covers on the mounting screws and they pivoted on the rear view mirror. In 73-74 they had exposed mounting screws and no longer pivoted on the mirror.

YES, E Body sun visors are both the same for Dodge and Plymouth.
