Yes they are all the same height to clear the lip of the dash over the gauges

The "crush can" is unique to E Bodies only, the only one with the ribs that make it look like a soup can.

All 1970-74 E Bodies are the same and will interchange.

Other Chrysler "crush cans" share the same spline and bolt pattern for the steering wheel, like the ones used with "Tough Grip" wheels, and can be used on an E Body, but depending on the steering wheel, your knuckles will be closer to hitting the dash

Thanks want to convert from
Tuff wheel to the rim blow... is the rim blow larger dia! My car has manuel steering and a hemi in it.... ;-)

YES the rim blow is larger then the tuff grip
