Dash HEADLAMPS DIMMER WIPER Decal

I did an internet search for the dashboard switch bezel sticker/ decal...you know the one that says "HEADLAMPS DIMMER WIPER TOP LIFT" but I cannot find a vendor.  I really do not know what it is called so I am throwing out a lifeline to the Collective to receive the enlightenment.

Any suggestions please???
