Dash Pad / Bezels & Light Bar identification

Can anyone tell me where to find the LENS for the three bulbs in standard dash ?  Mine are missing.   Or best way to make them

Those are not reproduced. Back when those standard light bars were very plentiful I bought a couple at swap meets for under 20 bucks just to get the harness and to convert to a 4 socket version, and tossed the frames. Might be an option but I don't know if you could have the same luck these days.

All that said, I did save a couple (no idea why). You're welcome to them if you want for free. Just PM me your address, I think I have a US stamp kicking around. PS: May take a while coming from Canada.
