Can anyone explain what differences there are? Obviously, no shoulder belt option for convertible but what else is different - front and back?

Here is what I think I know.

Shoulder straps were available on E body convertible ( as well as A and B bodies ).  A long belt was attached to the outside mounting points for the rear seat belts, on top of the rear seat outer lap belt.
All E body front seat outer lap belts, of the appropriate color, with retractor are the same for hardtop and convertible cars.
The front seat inner lap belts, either basic or deluxe, attached to the center hump, have different part numbers in the parts book for sedan vs convertible  I don't know what these differences were.
The rear belts are the same for all models, different only by color and basic vs deluxe.

If front shoulder straps were ordered with and E body, the inner front belt for the shoulder strap, attached to the hump, is different between sedan and conv.  The shoulder strap on the sedan is attached to the roof and ends with a tab that inserts into a buckle.  So you have two belts with buckles attached to the hump.
On a convertible, the belt that is attached to the rear seat belt bolt ends with a buckle.  So for the convert, you have a belt with a buckle and a belt with a tab attached to the hump next to the front seat.

Hopefully someone knows what was different between hardtop and convertible inner seat belts.  I'd like to know myself.
