It looks like two different yellow part# stamps for the 1970 E-body heater box. Any info on it, a date or vendor thing. Some have just the part # stamped on the front of housing yellow, then some have the larger stamp with the yellow part # and a date assy code inside the box. Any pictures or date codes of 1970 e-body would be great.
Thanks Bob

On my 1970 Challenger [V code like yours] heater box I had the yellow part # stamped only at the top of the box. I also had white numbers stamped on the front of the box. I had stamps made and replicated all these #'s

The 1970 part number stamp is unique to 1970 only.
The 71 and up part number stamp has the larger box with other numbers in it.

Ok Alan, My SPD is late 610 and I was wondering why mine had the 71 style. Number with date code box.
They must have had a running change at some point.
Thanks bob

Sounds likely if all the date code stamps confirm  :bigthumb:

Thanks Cody, I know about the white date codes stamp on the sections. I was looking at the front on the main box in yellow with the part# and date code together.
