My local Mopar expert says this is a prototype wheel. I have not seen another. Thanks for the answers

That's a 1970 only optional partial horn ring. S79 is the option code.

@GrapeTA a little trick to the forum (regarding the aggravating rotating of photos). If you slightly crop the photo before uploading it to a post, it won't rotate. That drove me NUTS for the longest time.
Great looking wheel by the way. I love that. My 70 RT is a S83 (Rim Blow). I almost like yours better.
