They are door glass guides that go under the roof rail weather-strip in the front corners of the door glass. I could never figure out their application though ...seen cars with them and lots with-out them  :looney:

I always found they kept the windows from bowing out when driving at high speeds...
not that I ever do that anymore :burnout:
