Plastic Glue Recommendation

Restoring an otherwise super nice burnt orange four speed console but I need a way to glue this screw lug back to the  inside of the lid. It won't be seen but it needs to be super bonded because the screw going into it has a lot of rotational force on it.  Would JB Weld work? Or maybe fiberglass resin?
