Rally Dash

Can Rally gauges be installed in a car that has a standard dash?  Also, are the dashes on a Barracuda and Challenger the same?  Thanks

YES, the main dash harness is different, but if you're handy with wiring you can ''make'' it work....
YES, Barracuda and Challenger use the same gauges.
70-71 and 72-74 are different. The reset knobs are in the gauge (though the lens) on 72-74 and remote (through the woodgrain) on 70-71

The standard dash frame is the same....The heater control bezel is slightly different on a non-rally dash car too...

Last but not least is the tach range. 70-71 8K ,  72-74 7K.

Not always.  8K tachs have been found in '72s.

Not to mention the seat belt warning lamp in the right of the clock, Some 72,s did not possess the warning lamp.

Thanks everyone for your knowledgeable input on the dashes. I was about to buy a 74 Challenger rally dash and try to install it in my 70 Barracuda.

Not worth it when the clock and speedo is 70-71 only not to mention the gauge lens unless you're getting it really cheap.
