My seats in the '73 Barracuda are shot. Need upholstery and foam plus labor. I figure I'll be over $1,500 all in. I have the opportunity to pick up a really nice set of 1970 seats for half of that. Will they fit with no issues?

I have my brothers '70 seats in my '73, they went right in and I actually like the seat back release mechanism better than the later seats.

Agree, I like the 70 seats as well

Considering everything on a "70 is better than on a "73, only issue is wanting more '70 stuff, when will it stop.   :bricks:

FYI - if you want some '72-'74 seats I am going to be selling my '73 front seats complete with tracks pretty soon. They are in good driver shape and I have a complete set of legendary covers / foams for front and rear brand new in the box. I will not be selling my rear seat.. Switching to aftermarket seats and recovering rear seat to match.
