Sill Plate install question

Referencing to 70 challenger.  I don't have my car in front of me to see, but I do remember trying to figure out where the screw goes in for the holes on the end of sill plate indicated by the arrow on the picture. I tried to see where it would install the other day, but could not see a hole in the metal. Does someone have a good picture that shows where the hole is to screw on the sill plate?

Screws to the plastic kick panel and rear plastic panel. They both should have a metal clip on them for the screw.

@Jay Bee ahhh that makes sense!!! I appreciate the help. Thought maybe it was screwed into the actual body/frame of the car. No need for me to make any metal work then. Thanks again!
