Both the shafts pull out of the visor. :alan2cents:

 :iagree: Keep turning them back and forth as you try to pull them out. They can be tough to get out of there.

Thanks for the tips.   Yeah, they're really stiff probably from sitting so long but I will just keep working them back and forth til they loosen up. [emoji106]
