Upper seat belt trim

Don't laugh but I can't get the stupid trim off of these upper seat belts.  Any advice???

Put a flat screw driver in the bottom and pry up

I'm not getting these messages any more.  I need to double check my settings...

Basically, the bottom has to come towards you a smidge to unlock it and then they slide up.
