Found these together in a small box. Any ideas where they go?

I'll Start....
#1 Rear Alternator Spacer or PB pedal lever system spacer depending on lenght
#2 Is it a lock nut ? Is it fine or coarse thread ? Could be just a generic nut not really used.
#3 Missing star washer but could be used on Master cylinder or brake booster to firewall inside the car if 5/16" X 18 thread
#4 Looks like a generic washer not really used
#5 70 Lock-out linkage
#6 70 Lock-out linkage
#7 Hard to determine size, if 7/8 thread it could be rear leak spring shackle nut, if 3/8 it could be PB pedal lever system
#8 Hard to determine size, if it's a 7/8 thread, it could be the upper mounting bolt of a four speed shifter
#9 Clutch Fork Return Spring

The above is just my opinion....I would love to hear other ideas or suggestions
