Window winder handle orientation

Just firing in the rear inner panels after a full resto on my 73 challenger; I didn't take any photos of the way the window winder handles face with the windows up.
Can anyone tell me how the rear window winder handle is supposed to be orientated with the window up?

I've seen a factory drawing about handle placement before.  IIRC the handle was parallel to the floor and facing the front. 
Maybe someone has a copy of that drawing they can post.

I just line it up so it doesn't' interfere with my knee. Whether up...or down.
