So, after several years of having my Challenger with a MagnaCharged 6.1L back on the road, I figured it was high time to get the A/C working. I've had the VintageAir set up under the dash and the compressor on the engine the whole time, just haven't had lines made for it. Anyway, since I have the front cross member out, figured now was the time. Pretty much have everything figured out except the output fitting for the condenser. I'm using a condenser from a newer Charger that doubles as a transmission cooler. I'm using a set of adapters from DIYHemi for the compressor and found the #8 fits the inlet of the condenser also, so I've sourced another set of adapters for that. But I haven't been able to source a #6 adapter for the outlet. The one company I found online looks like they may be able to make something, but I might have to send them an old hose end I have.

Anybody else run this set up and come up with anything?

Are there any hose shops in your area that make hydraulic hoses? They usually have fittings for just about anything. Just a thought.

Any update on hooking up the AC on your Gen3 install.
I'm in same position now and looking for info, hoping you figured it out :)
I too was thinking of using a newer condenser, but they seemed to be too large for the opening?
What did you do for the connections to the new compressor?

So, yeah I worked out all the lines. I ended up sending the fitting for the condenser to an A/C fitting company out of Florida(ColdHose.com), and they welded up the required fitting. I did use a condenser from, I believe, a 2000 something Charger. The condenser also has an oil cooler that is integral in it, that I used as a transmission cooler, as my radiator didn't have provisions. Haven't gotten it charged up yet because I found my compressor locked up and haven't changed it out yet. Apparently got water in it somewhere along the line. Got a new one, just need to modify it to fit around the motor mount like the one that's in it.
