Anyone in the Sarasota area?

I'm not a new member but I did move to Sarasota a few years ago and was wondering if there are any members around the Sarasota area?

Not yet.  We're still in WI for a couple years but will be spending at least 50% in Port Charlotte in a couple years when I hit the number.  We've got a little place on the canals at the North end of the harbor, but the wife wants to be closer to the beach so we will be looking in the Englewood area once we're down there.

Oh yes gzig5 I know the area well. I lived in Venice a couple years before moving to Sarasota. Englewood is right next to Venice. If you need a realtor in your search my better half knows the Englewood area well. Just throwing it out there.

I am a little north of Lakewood Ranch. Not to far from Sarasota depending on where you are located.
