Google and Facebook would be a good place to start.  Some cities have address programs that give you the owners name and phone.  If you want to PM me the info I'll poke around and see what I can find.  I'll not contact anyone if I do find him.  Just forward on the info to you.   

Well, i was thinking about writing a good old letter to the former owner because i have his name and adress on the title.
But maybe you know a way to find his Email adress?? Just asking...

You asked me to update my thread once i would be in contact with the prévious owner....so it's done! 

I didn't have any answer at the beginning of the year but in Ocotber i gave it a second chance and the ex-wife of the owner answered me!
Today great news when i checked my Emails with an answer of the previous owner.
(I hope he won't regret with the "few" questions i have for him....  )

So thanks a lot Cody for the informations you gave me! I wouldn't found them alone.
