Wow that it's available? Wow, that's expensive?

Should I grab it? Is the choke heater crossover plate and broken edge a big issue?

Do you need a 340 six pack intake?  I might have an extra one that doesn't have any broken parts.

I think that's terribly expensive.....but then again, I'm not looking for one

Lord help me, but here I am agreeing with Alan on this. IMHO, too little intake for too much dinero. AND, every engine test I've ever read, has had the 6 pack intake come out at less HP than a current model single four barrel intake. Specifically, the Edelbrock Air Gap, which sells for just over $200 USD. and knock off's for even less. Just my  :alan2cents:

I'm not really looking for one. I just saw it and thought somebody might be interested. I really had no idea what they were worth.

If the price was lower and it wasn't damaged I'd be calling.
My intake was patched up long ago, but still works OK just dosn't look nice.
In the ad he say's it's from a T/A but maybe at some point on an AAR too.  You never know?
I bought my car in '85 from John V. and he lived in Delhi, ON the same town this guy is from.
Who knows maybe this intake was on my car at one time.
Thanks for posting the link Murray.

If its a factory installed intake and that's what you are looking for and cannot find one then $800 is not bad. Heck I ended up spending that much on a 9171 master cylinder. :looney:
