Cleaning garage some misc parts and tools

OK, I'm trying clean up the garage a bit. I'll be adding more stuff as I figure out what I don't need anymore.
Some of the stuff is free and some has prices. I will quote shipping using either USPS, UPS or FedEx. I know a USPS padded 12" mailer is $8.
