This was in my Challenger when I bought it. Since I sold my car it is now for sale. Never check it to see if it works. All 3 pieces asking $1200.00.
PM me with any questions.

:alan2cents: You need to test it to see if it works or not. Not sure anyone is working on those radios. What you are asking would be more for an operable radio. They are easy to test. Just supply power, ground, and a speaker.

There are a few companies that work on them.  This guy could give you an idea of repair cost   http://www.wardsclassiccarradiorepair.com/

Better check the ad.

"Please note as of Jan 1 2012 we will no longer be servicing 8-track radios"

The plastic dash trim piece alone can sell for upwards of $400+ so I don't think his asking price is out of line whatsoever. :alan2cents:

I see the red wire which I assume is power and the black wire which I assume is ground but which one of the other three are the speaker wire ??

Jay Bee

Red - stereo power
Orange - light power
Violet - right speaker
Green - left speaker
Black - speaker common

Ground can also be the stereo's case.

P.S. - if the tape section doesn't work and the radio does it might just be the drive belt.
