These caps were on a set of wheels that I bought at a swap meet.  I have since acquired a nice set of correct 70 style caps.  These are a driver quality set.  There is some bubbling of the chrome.  There is one with some slight pitting.  One cap has a small crack on the rim.  Complete set of mounting screws. See pictures.
