Going through my window hardware rebuild now.  What is that semi flat rectangular metal piece with the hole in it?  I found it in my door, not sure what it was.

Also, would you be willing to sell the shouldered bolts separately?  I need two.  Thanks!

The rectangular piece sits on the opposite side of the glass and is what the shouldered bolt when assembled, screws into.
