I wish you would have been more clear about the rear sway bar in this post being aftermarket and not original, its misleading..
looking at your posted photos I thought it was painted silver.

You posted a prior add that stated: "rear bar looks like aftermarket copy" 

I am ok with the front sway bar, back one is useless for me..

Is a partial refund agreeable with you?  Pay-pal is acceptable.

If that is how you are accepting responsibility you can keep your money, you must need it.

You did misrepresent your parts:

And you changed your add from last month from "aftermarket copy" to "Stock Sway bars" because you could not sell them.
