If they are loaded (window regulators and stuff) they are worth more.  Really nice empty shells I would guess about $200 each.  But if you need them, maybe go $600 for the pair? 

I've bought doors at swap meets (completes) from $100 to $250.

Considering they do not make doors and only the outer skins and what they charge  for them when in stock, probably a fair price. If you need them you need them.
