What kind of shape are the plymouth division dog dish caps in? Are they aluminum or stainless (not even sure if they made them out of both materials).

Dash pad is NOT A/C. Here are some pics. One screw hole, one dimple, and about 1-1/4" hairline crack to the upper left of the script.
