A couple questions:
1.  Does this fit a 1970 Challenger or is 70 different than 71?
2.  Is this duct different for AC vs non-AC?
We have anon-AC car taht I am converting to AC.  I have not taken the dash apart yet, so I don't know much about what I need.  I did acquire a heater box for AC already, but I am not sure if this is a part I will need or if the one that I have already will work with the AC box.

It will fit other years with A/C.
Yes non A/C and A/C ducts are different.
If you are making the conversion from non A/C then you will need this they aren't the same.
