The plastic pieces are available through First Place Auto as Trim Parts MP3150 for about $35. Believe it or not, Walmart has them listed on their website as 1963-1971 Mopar A, B, C and E body convertible Door Alignment Wedges. A pair for $36.46. The metal anti-rattle part is on Ebay for $285 for a nice pair although I found some worn ones for about $150 a pair.
