I was just at Mike Ross's shop this weekend picking up a couple parts he hooked me up with and he said he may have a couple sets of lenses left he might sell.  Also, I watched him install pigtails in a set of 70 Cuda parking light housings with his die and press months ago, he had a box of pigtails on his bench when I was there and may have some left.  You'll have to call him since he's been banned from this website, I have no clue if he still comes here.
