1970 quarter window springs

Looking for a spring for a quarter window on my 1970 Challenger. In the picture the window has a spring in both locations marked. The other window only has one in the #1 position. Couldn't find anything in the manual about any springs at all. Appreciate any help. Thanks

#2 DOES NOT get a spring, #1 only and you have the two plastic pieces installed wrong, they fit into one another on the arm of the regulator
