Hi,

Looks like the felt on the window up guide, not sure if that's what it's called is shot. Do they sell replacement felt pads?

You can easily replace the felt yourself. I bought some similar material at an auto accessory store. Just remove your old felt, cut the new one to size and glue it on. I think new complete guides are also being reproduced.
