70 EBody retractable seat belt bolt

I missed placed a couple bolts (which will turn up sometime in the near future), but until then, I need a seat belt bolt for the retractable mechanism. It HAS to be one with out the shoulder since the shoulder bolt wont go through the existing mechanism hole. Seems most people sell the entire kit, and the single ones all have shoulders (I bought one). The odd thing about the kits, is most don't include  the ones threaded all the way to the head.

Any way, if anyone has one they are willing to sell for 5-10 bucks, let me know.
