70 wiper variable speed switch

looking for a 70 variable speed wiper switch.
I have a 72-up switch that i dont need so f anyone is interested in trading??

And i would take one not in working condition either.  is 71 that same type of switch?

YES - both years use the same 2770380 variable switch.
If you're in a pinch and find a 2770378 that'll work too (66-67 B body & 67-69 A body, from Google research).

I should have a sticker that is red and has the number 25 on it thats the resistance of the wound coil inside the switch

i found one on the bay but the sticker is green. does that make a difference?

I think green is for the "378" ones, they also have a different mounting nut, if it even has it.

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for. Where are the part #, on these? Let me know, and I can look into it further and test to see if it works.

Looks correct. The part number should be somewhere on the circumference of the metal body.

I always thought the sticker was just an inspection thing...never knew they have a meaning... :thinking:
