M @moparm4tt. What colour was your AAR. I know of an original AAR engine. He took it out years ago when he sold the body....Joe

The car this one came from was purple. I'll see if he'll give me the numbers. He's had it since the mid 70s....Joe

Thatd be awesome. From what I've found out so far this one had the engine and trans yanked in the 70's and was sold in Columbus Ohio.

Very nice, did it have slots when it was tubbed?  I saw one at the nationals like that a few years ago.

Awesome car!
Great color!

Glad to see it's reverting back to it's original self.
Looks like the body is in great shape and just needs everything else put back the way it should be?
Cool project!  Are you planning on making a progress thread here?  Would love to follow along with your process of putting it back the way it should be.

Looks like it was tubbed and will basically need a rear clip. I also saw your posts on Facebook, hopefully you find it.

It really is a great color for an AAR. Well, all colors are great for an AAR but especially like that one. Works well with the stripes.
