Brake underdash linkage bolt and spacer wanted

  Hi,
       I seem to be missing the bolts and spacer for the brake pedal linkage under the dash.
This is the lower bolt and nut that goes through the body bracket, it has a spacer as well.
     Previous owner disassembled this and the bolt/ nut and spacer is missing.
  Anyone have this or can I use a grade 8 bolt/ nut and make a spacer? I tossed a picture up for reference
It is the lower bolts, the one with the nut attached.
