headlight mounting bracket 70 Cuda

Hello
I am restoring a Cuda that belings to a friend of mine. The car was found as a bare shell, so he purchased most of the parts, including front fenders. I was checking the headlight mounting area yesterday, and compared to another Cuda in y shop that came as a running and driving car. The headlight mounting area is different, and is missing the bracket where the headlight buckets are installed. Is this part available somewhere? Or is part of the front fender assy? Please look at the pics. Red car is almost completed, with right side headlight bucket in place, and mounting bracket only for the left side, while white prime car is missing the bracket.

If he bought 70 Cuda fenders they should have been pre-welded in by the factory. 72-74 Cuda has removable headlight buckets that screw into the fender. The marker lights are different as well.

71 fender. The bracket is the same as the 70-71 A-body spot welded one, maybe others
