broke a prong off my resistor and now i need a replacement. anyone?

Personally I find the blowers run ridiculously slow on these cars so I eliminate all but the highest capacity resistor make that slow speed & add a relay for high...

70 with A/C  my car has been apart so long i have no remembrance of how fast or slow the fan ran. I remember the A/C being kick but cold because people always commented on it.
   Im wondering if i can just make another prong
