Looking for information on the drain hoses for a 340 Six Pack air cleaner.
* What are the dimensions of the hoses (Inside Diameter, Outside Diameter, Length)?
* Are there any manufacturer markings on the hose?
* Are the hoses ribbed?
* Are clamps used?  If so, what type?
* Is there a source for reproduction hoses?

Thanks for the help.
Gary.

Anyone have information on my questions below?
Thanks for the help.

5/8 ID black ribbed drain hoses (heater hose) cut to 5 inch length.  No fasteners.  Unknown (to me) on whether thy have manufacturer markings.

I got mine from Frank Badalson but others may carry as well.  Look for correct style 5/8 ribbed heater hose, with markings if desired.

We supply the various vendors the ribbed heater hose with the different date codes and vendor codes.  Chrysler just used the heater hose as a drain for these air cleaner assemblies.  The ribs and vendor code identified the hose vendor.  The part number was year and body style specific.  But in the case of these drain hoses, they were just using remnants of loose pieces, so the hose may have a stenciled number for a 70 B-body.  Also, due to the shorter lengths, you may not even see any stencil marks on the hoses.  Seems like the lengths varied from car to car.  I know that for the kits that we offer for the shaker hood assemblies, we cut them between 12 and 15 inches for the two hoses in each kit.
