Looking for Space Savor Spare Inflator Bottle and Mounting Bracket for a 1970 Cuda.  Trying to decide if I keep looking for an original Space Saver Spare Bottle and Mounting Bracket, or buy the reproduction versions.  Anybody have an original bottle and/or mounting bracket for sale?

Looking at the reproductions that are available, I see quite a difference in price between parts that YearOne sells vs Roseville Moparts.

YearOne: Bottle - $239.93, Mounting Bracket - $63.93
Roseville Moparts: Bottle - $95.00, Mounting Bracket - $45.00

Anyone buy either part from YearOne or Roseville?  Are they reasonably accurate reproductions (does the bottle have a schrader valve and knurling on the bottom)? I am assuming both YearOne and Roseville source their parts from the same manufacturer, so why the difference in price?

Thanks for the help.
Gary.

I try to avoid repro parts whenever possible, but I had everything else for the spare setup, and I'd been looking for a bottle for years without success, so I went with a repro bottle and bracket.  After researching, I went with Year One as I felt the bottle shape was more accurate, neck details were better, yellow cap stands off, and they had the date codes on the bottom (pick the 70 or 71 code by wiping off the one you don't want).  They also had a special when you buy the bottle and bracket and free shipping, although they are still high.  Bracket was on back order but the bottle came a week or so ago, only took a week from order.  I like it well enough, but I have only seen original bottles in pics for comparison.  Popped the yellow cap and 'schrader' valve-looking thing was there and looked good and had the fixed center pin to push on the tire's valve.  Was shipped with a paper saying bottle was 'non-functional'/ holds nothing.  I thought bottle shape was good.  One detail I thought could be better was that the knurling on the bottle bottom edge was very light, could barely see it compared to pics of originals.  Overall I'm happy until that elusive original comes along.  When the bracket shows up, I'm a little concerned from pics as to whether the bracket reinforcement bends will be as defined as originals, as they are hard to see in the YO pics and the paint makes them 'pop' less (most originals are scratched up so the ridges seem to stand out..). Hope this helps.  Jim

Thanks CudaJim for the info on the YearOne bottle.  I have to think the bottle from Roseville is from the same manufacturer, but I would still be interested in comments from anyone who bought the bottle from Roseville.
Thanks.
Gary.

Maybe someone has purchased the Roseville bottle for comparison.  If the pics can be trusted on websites, I thought the Roseville bottle looked more like some bottles sold on Ebay (but out of stock), and that the Year One bottle had some better details... if I get a chance maybe I'll post some YO bottle pics.  Jim

Year One vs. original vs. Roseville.  Not the best pics but all I could find online.

Here's some detail pics from the Year One inflator bottle I purchased, finally got around to taking some.  Still waiting on my bottle bracket.
