Hey Guys,

Does anyone have a nice starter splash shield that could spare?  They are a little pricy and with my wife losing her jobs because of the pandemic so we're a little tight.  This is the one I'm looking for.  Let me know.  Thanks

Just so you know....These parts never came on four speed E Bodies. I'm not sure what you're working on, but just wanted to throw that out there. :)
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

Our car had one of those on one side and as far as I know that is correct?  However the frame rails on both dies are drilled to accept that long shield

:wrenching:

Why would they be stock on an automatic and not a 4-speed?   Just curious.

Burdar

Only 1 per car and only on automatics.  The name "starter shield" is inaccurate.  It's true purpose is to protect the trans cooler lines from rocks.  The lines run right by the starter so...

makes sense thanks for the clarification.
