I'm looking for the rear bumper brackets for my 1973 Cuda.  Any condition is fine so long as they're not completely rusted out.  Need them ASAP if possible.   :thankyou:
If we never drown we'll never know how well it tastes...so tell me how it tastes and I'll know just how well you drowned.

Shouldn't be too hard to find...a lot of people remove the 1973 brackets in favor of the 70-71 brackets... @Cudajason still have yours around ?
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

@rdf Man I am sorry.  I have looked all over for the brackets, and I can not find them.  If they turn up I will let you know.

No worries....thank you for looking!  I appreciate it!  I was able to find a pair on ebay but the pickings were slim.  I guess they didn't repro the 73-74 rear brackets because there wasn't enough demand.  :dunno:

I'm not 100% about the Cuda brackets but 73 Challengers use a different bracket then 74 Challengers.

The 73 Challenger uses a boxed bracket made from lighter gauge steel that looks like a Cuda bracket.  74 Challengers use a thick bar that looks like a 70-72 bracket.  The inner bumper reinforcement is different as well.

Make sure you look for 73 specific brackets.  Unless someone posts pics of their 74 brackets and inner bumper reinforcement(and you can confirm they are the same as 73)...my guess is they are different.
