Want to add the Dealership Data Books for any year E-Body to our library.  My thought is to buy the books, scan them as a PDF and then add them to our site so we all have quick and easy access.

Does anyone have the Data Books the want to sell?

Also, is there anything else that you can think of that we should add?  Maybe the salesman pocket guides, color chips, or ?

Are they the books that were out on the table with all the options and material/ colour samples?

That is what I am thinking.   Only dealer books that I know would have had the specs and options for what was available for the particular year along with color and interior fabrics and colors. The 70-71's will be difficult, friend sold his 70's for some big  :bigmoney: He offered them to me at what now is a great price, but passed.  I have a 74 for the Dodge lineup, but it is 3 states away at the moment.

Mid January a guy from Alberta (I think)had two of these books for sale 300 each.  Forget what year but took a screen shoot of one pic of seat fabric options.  I'm thinking these are the books codys talking about.

 Barry Washington has them on one of his sites, maybe a quick message to him would get the pages duplicated here. Never hurts to ask.

Good idea!  I spoke to him yesterday and didn't even think to ask.   :bricks:

I have the 70 Dodge book to scan, if Barry doesn't already have it available or sell you his book.

Barry prefers we link to his site instead of hosting the images here.  I'll start buying these as they come up, scanning them and adding the to our site!   :yessir:  We'll get all of them here eventually.   :drinkingbud:

Found the 1971 Dodge Color & Upholstery on ebay already (not proud of the price) :crying:   [ebay]122041977953[/ebay]    I want our site to have all the information in one easy to find spot.  I'll scan it and add it to the reference page as soon as it gets here.

Let me know if you guys see any others out there at a fair price.  I just need to scan them for our site.

That was actually a good price for a 71. I do have a 74 but it is 3 states away. They usually sell for $40-$100. The 71 Plymouth line will be the biggee. Here is a guy selling just one and at that price should be both, at least that is my opinion.

Missed this one.  Was the 2nd highest bidder, but I didn't want to go any higher.

Does anyone remember seeing any of these for sale at Carlisle?  I'm hoping to pick more up this year but can't say I remember seeing any the last time I was there.

Keep your eyes open for me please.  Trying to do this for our site without spending to much.

Kinda thought that was the item you were hinting on bidding, so I pulled my bid. I would have missed it anyway.  :drinkingbud:

why are all the titles for the "ADHESIVE NAMEPLATE" (EMBLEMS) engineering drawings listed as "DECAL"?
