WTB Small block (318/340) windage tray attaching kit (bolts, not studs)

Looking for the set of four special main bolts/washers/cap screws for attaching a factory style small block windage tray for my 318 engine.  They used to be available as P3690939 from Mopar Performance, but were discontinued (and of course were also factory parts). 

I don't want to use the Milodon or ARP main stud kits for this; I want to stay with main bolts.
