Short answer...NO ... Some come up with numbers based on percentages but at best that's a guesstimate as well.

Alot states when they talk about their mopar its 1 of 1... how can they tell!

Simple....they forget to add the phrase "known to exist" There's many registries  for different Mopar's and  if they only have one green car with red interior in their registry, then that car becomes 1 of 1 ...means nothing really
