Anyone have documentation for a higher VIN sequence number than those 1970 models below?
OR
Add the highest VIN sequence number you have for the other models?
I am gathering info for late-JULY VINs for the last FEW weeks of production.

It appears that you are correct with it being 403.   That makes sense with the spd being 701 on that tag.

Thank you for the detailed VIN list @6bblgt !
That means the highest VINs for Barracuda and Challenger are:
BS23H0B438932
and
JS23N0B443442

For the last day of production with SPDs of 730 (July 30, 1970), is it possible that some of the SPD 730 cars did not get finished until after July 30th or was the assembly line truly shut down for rework to 1971 assembly?

there are ~1,600+ E-bodies with 723/724/730 SPDs ..... cars are not built in VIN order or on their "Scheduled Production Date" the 723/724/730 SPDs are placeholders to "schedule" the build out vehicles at the end of the model year ..... my 702 "scheduled" R/T was built after 7/17/70 & I have data on eight 723/724/730 cars built before my car

the latest built E-body I know of was a 1970 Challenger Deputy, I pulled the broadcast sheet out of a seat at Carlisle last year

JH23B0B440325 FC7 L6X9 with a 723 SPD  (built ~3 days after my car) ..... I don't believe any '70 model year E-bodies were built in August of 1970

BP23G0B425380 - SPD 720

I have a different pic of that tag. It clearly shows an SPD of 702. I only have two other Barracudas with that SPD, they are 405276 and 405279. So my guess on the VIN would be 405278 (or ...270). If anyone has a good guess on the second digit of the VON, that would help narrowing it down.

@EB3-GranCoupe Where is the Gran Coupe registry? I would like to put my BP27 on it.

Pretty cool option and very rare.  Don't see that often at all.
Did it still retain it's white trim when you owned it?

Nevermind.  It's V9W. my mistake
