Where do motors with an OC stamp in front of the vin come from?

Is that a Jefferson , MI built car?  So what body would that be.

thanks guys.  There is a 70 440 for sale but if it's a tuna boat motor I'm not in.

Tuna boat motor is exactly the same major components as an E body motor....  Unless your looking at the VIN you'll never know & if you are looking at the VIN it's not gonna match anyway... If the price ce is reasonable buy it....
