Are there any tips on how to attach the vin tag to a new dash pad? I have the correct rivets.

A pop rivet gun.  :alan2cents:

Wow..that was obvious.... :haha:
One tip....center the VIN tag in the area on the dash pad and mark and drill two new 1/8 holes. If your drill hits the original holes great, the pad was made correctly....but more times then not the original holes don't line up when the tag is nice and centered :alan2cents:
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

careful not to touch that vin tag with the end of your drill.  And with the rivet gun when it finally pops.  Sucks to get a scratch.
